Service Guarantee

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon. Guest is required to call within 2 weeks of the service received.

Children

For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all salon guests, Finesse Salon Spa does not permit children in the salon area unless they are receiving services. Children 12 and under receiving salon services must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your reservation on time. We cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. If a guest is tardy, Finesse Salon Spa has the right to reschedule some or all the services scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration of our other guests and our service providers, Finesse Salon Spa requires 24 hour notice of any cancellations.

No Shows

Guests who often cancel or “No Show” appointments will no longer be able to schedule appointments but will always be welcomed as a walk in guest.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Finesse Salon Spa accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We work as a team to deliver your desired look, but tipping each individual service provider is not expected by our staff. Additionally, while including gratuity is always appreciated, we do ask that you utilize cash when tipping.

Courtesy Calls

Finesse Salon Spa reminds guests through phone calls, texts or emails about future reservations; However, it is the responsibility of the guest to remember the date and time of reservations.

Bridal Parties

All wedding parties require a 50% down payment deposit of all services scheduled, the remaining sum is due 7 days prior to the wedding. There will be an 18% gratuity charge for all parties 5 or more. If a destination other than the salon is agreed upon for the day of services a mileage charge (55 cents a mile) along with a fee of $42.00 per service provider taking care of your party will be due at time of deposit. A required 90 day notice for off premise locations is needed. The service provider fee covers the off site permit required by the State of Iowa (code 645-60.9(157)).

Cancellation Deposit Refunds

  • 30 days prior to appointment date:  full refund
  • 14 days or less from appointment date:  NO REFUND

Appointments will not be scheduled until down payment deposit is received and this agreement signed and returned via email or fax.

Scheduled appointments may be moved to another service provider with the exception of the bride.  All times will remain as scheduled unless notified.

Spa Packages & Parties of 2 or More

Spa packages and parties of 2 or more require a 50% down payment deposit of all services scheduled, the remaining sum is due 7 days prior to the scheduled appointments.  There will be an 18% gratuity charge for all parties of 5 or more.
